conscious collaboratory

The conscious collaboratory® is designed to be agile and skillful as we navigate an ever-changing world. Broad tensions — global, climate, political, structural, racial, educational, economic, and health — have redefined what it means to “be well.” Leaders must meet changing demands from their organization and also withstand forces (e.g., hurricanes, fires, or changes in law and governance) where they have no influence or control. In these complex situations, leaders must practice exploring, calibrating, and assessing possibilities across many contexts simultaneously. How do they navigate these tensions? Leaders need to stay rooted in themselves so others can lean into their stability. This requires a mindset of humility and curiosity, a heart practice of relational knowledge and experience, along with an embodied presence and courageous wisdom. The most prepared leaders have the ability to tap into all these contexts and resources at the same time. Come and discover how by connecting with Wendy at the conscious collaboratory®. Explore People Need People and Warm Data Labs

Warm Data (WD) gatherings - both People Need People (the online version) and WD Labs (in person) – are story-weaving experiences that move from “life stories” to “stories alive in me.” The former is a practice and sometimes a rehearsal of what I might say or share about myself to others, influenced by the “right way” to tell about myself. The latter is relayed best through metaphor – like water seeping into the dry earth – filling cracks slowly. Something familiar in someone else’s story softens the soil around a story of mine. Perhaps I forgot my exact story by accident or perhaps on purpose. Regardless of the reason, it is ready to be shared now. These stories are often familiar and not about what I studied or worked on. Instead, these stories are wonderful and warm surprises of what I have lived and experienced. Each Warm Data experience is unique and different.

Want the online experience? Join us for People Need People - Weaving Communities

It’s a historical time and everything feels unpredictable and uncertain. These are the times we are living through, so how do we live within these complex times? How do we meet what is already wild? How do we center love and care in an increasingly silo’d existence?

Weaving is a potent option. We offer People Need People online practice with invitations to members of Bayo Akomolafe’s community (Vunja!), Rev. angel Kyodo williams’ community (Liberated Life), Resmaa Menakem’s community (Black Octopus Society) and the Social Presencing Theater facilitator community (Presencing Institute and Theory U.) We have also extended invitations to the Monterey Bay Meditation Studio and a few other groups.

Join our People Need People - Weaving Communities where English will be the shared language and no preparation is required.

Want the in-person experience? Join us for a Warm Data Lab

It can be customized for a group of individual clients and/or for an organization.

reimagining patriarchy is a 6-session transformational embodiment workshop centering on gender, culture, and race as catalysts for shift and change.
