What happens when we slow down and sense the world around us?
How does our body respond?
What shifts in our perspective?
What registers in our heart?
How is our way of being in the world changed?
We come together in community to mindfully engage our presence, acceptance and curiosity as a way of exploring and being in relationship with Earth and all her beings. As we experience the world in this way -- beyond the conceptual and analytical part of our brain -- we find ourselves in a different field of being, one that invites us to re-member our profound connection with ourselves, each other and this planet we call Home.
Please wear a mask, comfortable shoes for walking, and layered clothing. After our explorations and discoveries, we will enjoy light refreshments and sharing together.
