Experiencing Beauty is a foundational practice in cultivating gratitude and building resilience in times of stress, grief, and uncertainty.
Inspired by the latest images from the James Webb and Hubble Space Telescopes, we contemplate the cosmic nature of Beauty. Through guided meditation and mindful conversation we co-create awareness of the beauty of creation, the beauty of destruction, and the beauty of the processes that surround us.
“Finding beauty in a broken world is creating beauty in the world we find.”
– Terry Tempest Williams
As we heighten consciousness of the Beauty in which we are embedded, we sense deeper engagement and appreciation of ourselves, each other, and Life itself. We naturally fall into a relationship of reverence and reciprocity with all Being. This relationship sources desire and dedication to protect, regenerate, cultivate and enhance Beauty as a way of living. “The science knowledge only adds to the excitement, the mystery and the awe of a flower.” (Richard Feynman) … and Universe … and Life.
Join us as we invite awareness that as part of a “Beauty-verse”, we are called to discover, appreciate, and perpetuate the cosmic quality of Beauty through our creativity, relating, and ways-of-being on Earth.
