Imagine the sound of paper being torn from a sketchbook … the feel of a pen in your hands … the sight of marks on a page … awareness of colors textures and shapes … all are ways to ground into the present moment and become open to what wants to emerge.
Join me, via Zoom, on March 4, 2023 from 9 - 10:30 am as we begin the process of creating mindfully through Art Journaling. No experience is necessary.
