"Of what avail is it if we can travel to the moon,
If we cannot cross the abyss that separates us from ourselves.
This is the most important of all journeys
And without it, all the rest are useless.”
- Thomas Merton
Knowing who you are means knowing where you come from, the events and people that have influenced you. It means knowing your personality, your strengths and your challenges, your preferences and how you function best. It means knowing what you want most, what you need, and what you have to offer.
When you know who you are, you can give yourself permission to be who you are, to bring your authentic self to the world.
Through writing, meditation, and sharing, explore your history, your values, your strengths, and your struggles in service of empowerment and authenticity.
