Shamanic journey meditation is an ancient form of meditation honoring the existence of worlds beyond the physical world in which we currently exist. In this course, we will deepen our connection to the landscape of the Middle World, which is the realm that exists among us out of our typical awareness. In the Middle World, we connect to rich wisdom and support that can guide is through our everyday life. With access to the Middle World, we learn to broaden our perspective to conflict and struggle, deepen the potential of connection in relationship, and expand the experience of our everyday reality!

Participants in this course will:

  • Learn the basic structure and guidelines for being able to build a personal
    shamanic journeying practice.

  • Become familiar with the mythology of the Middle World from the perspective of Andean tradition.

  • Build relationship to guides and explore/engage in the energetic Middle World
through guided journey meditation and creative arts practices.

  • Utilize connection to the Middle World to intentionally broaden understanding of everyday reality.
