We are living in multiple fields of uncertainty and loss. The changes that are occurring throughout the planet are fueling the changes that we are experiencing personally, and vice versa. Now, more than ever before, it is essential that we be able to access our internal sources of stability, balance, regulation, and resilience. From this center, we engage our inner strength, clarity, creativity, and potential for adaptability and growth as we respond to our changing worlds.
In this course, we will explore and practice cultivating the ability to find the center in the middle of the storm.

How do we embody being aware and being kind when so much is painful and scary? How do we access nourishment and belonging when so much of what we have known is changing or collapsing? What opportunities arise from a “wicked predicament? Explore these questions and more through guided meditation, mindful discussion, and experiential practices. We learn to navigate the tension of crisis and opportunity from a place of holding paradox — engagement and stillness, personal and collective, grief and joy — by cultivating a steady mind and open heart. In this way, we begin to shift our relationship with current personal and global circumstances to living with and from the truth of uncertainty.
