With the power of mindfulness and the support of a like-hearted group, we can open our eyes to the pluses and minuses of our relationship with technology, make discoveries about ourselves, and begin to craft a more thoughtful relationship with the devices and platforms that we utilize.
You're invited to try a 7-day "challenge" implementing simple daily invitations to help you bring awareness to your habits and shift your way of interacting with technology. At the end of this challenge, you’ll be supported in taking a 24-Hour Tech Detox Day away from screens!
