In a life of doing, space for stillness is like a refreshing spring. In a world of many inputs, silence is a blessing. Fortify your practice and support your well-being in this day-long silent retreat.
Enjoy a stretch of deepening silence and stillness as we practice guided sitting meditation, gentle movement— walking, qigong, and yoga, mindful eating, and awareness of the senses.
By releasing yourself from schedules, work, home tasks, conversation, social media, and other aspects of daily life, you’re invited to cultivate spaciousness within you, an open space in which can arise insight and clarity.
In this space, there is room for all emotions, room to experience what Jon Kabat Zinn called “the full catastrophe:” your full expression of humanity, as you are. In this day, there is time to move slowly, to feel what it is like to live unhurried and yet purposefully, time to simply BE.
