Have you ever been described as “too sensitive, “so quiet”, or “not something enough?”
What if you aren’t actually “too,” “so” or “not enough” at all?
What if you’re enough and awesome just as you are?
As Introverts and Highly Sensitive People, we often find ourselves in situations that are overstimulating, or that favor extroversion, so it's essential for us to know ourselves well, to honor our own style and needs, and to do what we need to do to make sure we're feeling at our best. When we honor and attend to our needs, we feel more comfortable and safe in our own skin, our strengths are on display, and we're able to show up in the world in the way that we intend to, with clarity, strength, and healthy boundaries.
In this day-long retreat:
Learn and reinforce positive perspectives on your style
Meditate, reflect, and write to explore your strengths, preferences, needs, and rights,
Discover day-to-day habits to support you and give a solid foundation,
Practice emergency maneuvers to ground you in stressful situations,
Share your own secrets of success.
