Our decision to cancel, postpone or provide online access to all of Monterey Bay Meditation Studio's offerings from March 13 - April 15 is sourced in our dedication to simultaneously provide ongoing support and a safe environment for all members of our precious community.
As Introverts and Highly Sensitive People, we may feel that we live in a world that can be overwhelming. And because much of our world is not designed to accommodate our traits, over time, we can develop the sense that we are “not ok.” In order to flourish in our lives, a shift of perspective is needed: The understanding that we are valuable and whole just as we are; we have unique gifts to offer the world.
When we honor and attend to our needs, we feel more comfortable and safe as we are. This feeling of being at ease allows us to be authentic, and invites our strengths to come forth. We are more able to allow our beautiful light to shine.
In this course:
Foster a positive and balanced perspective on your style and traits;
Explore your strengths, preferences, needs, and rights through meditation, reflection, writing, and embodiment;
Develop and hone a toolbox of practices to support and nourish you;
Share practices to ground yourself in stressful situations.
