In this 6-week series, deepen your understanding and experience of mindful living by exploring the key qualities of mindful awareness.
No previous experience is necessary: this course is appropriate as a foundational mindfulness course, as well as a means to deepen your practice and bring more presence into your way of being everyday.
Each one-hour practice session will combine teaching, 20-30 minutes of guided meditation, and discussion. Following each meeting is a week of individual practice, in which you are supported in our private online course area with:
a thematic guided meditation for each week,
simple, practical ways to infuse these qualities into your daily life,
a space for continued connection and discussion
