Mindful Ramble: Connect Deeply with Your World

The natural world is filled with aliveness and beauty that draws us in and invites us to be fully present. In this mindful outdoor experience, you'll be guided through your phone to explore a natural area of your choosing in a brand new way. Learn simple and powerful practices to cultivate mindfulness and connection: sensory activation, meditation, and gentle movement will invite you to tune in to the “nearby nature" right outside your door.

This offering is part of the Outdoors and Mindfulness MBMS Pathways.

This event meets online through an audio call. Your facilitator will be guiding you in a Mindful Outdoor Experience. For this experience, you'll want to take yourself to a natural area, ideally nearby where you live. It doesn't need to be anywhere special, just wherever is convenient for you, a place where you'll feel comfortable to sit and to move around a bit, and where you will have cell phone reception.

All you'll need is comfortable shoes and clothing, as well as your fully charged phone and earbuds. Plan to have one earbud in to hear the facilitator and one earbud out to hear the world around you.

For this workshop, you will call in to the Zoom meeting with audio only, as a phone call using this information. Upon registering, we will send you the call information.
